Will my credit card information be stored?

No. For your added security, payment information is not saved on our systems. At no point is your credit card information saved in our databases. You can learn more by reading our privacy policy.

My billing address is not the same as my shipping address. What should I do?

By default, your shipping address is assumed to be the same as your billing address. If you are shipping to another address, however, you must enter in a new shipping address. On the page where you are asked to select your shipping address, follow the link towards the bottom of the page to enter in a new address. After entering in your new shipping address, be sure to select it by clicking on the radio button to the left of your new address entry.

My shipping address has changed. What do I do?

When asked to choose your shipping address, click on the label of your address. The link will bring you to a form where you can update your address. You can also add a new address and leave the old one for future use.

How do I view the items in my cart?

At the bottom left hand corner of every page is an illustration of a sun. To the right of that you will see a summary of how many items you have in your cart. Click on that link, and you can view your cart's contents and proceed to checkout.
