"Movie Yoga will take you on a holographic journey to the center of yourself as it invites you to ponder, "What does my reaction to that movie reveal about me?" Tav's warm, passionate, personal style will move you out of thinking about it and into the experience of what he's saying. Drawing from a vast library of films that Tav has experienced, he demonstrates how every movie he has ever watched, good and bad alike, has transformed him in some way, and then he offers a technique that you can use to do the same ñ to walk out of the theatre, at the end of any movie, a deeper, bigger person than when you walked in. This is a book that would make anyone appreciate the work of Hollywood."

Sparks' new book inspires us to look at movies in a brand new way, one that makes working on ourselves a lot more fun! Tav Sparks says we can learn a lot about ourselves just by watching movies with our inner Awareness Positioning System™ turned on. Once we know how to look for it, we can discover our own life by watching it play out in film, frame by frame, and receive life-renewing insights along the way. The Movie Yoga process explained in this book shows you how to deepen your natural intuition of wholeness and live a more fulfilling life.
"One of my most intense passions, movies, has given me over and over again crystal clear glimpses of a wholeness within me, and all kinds of clues about how to make the odyssey toward that wholeness." ~ Author, Tav Sparks
Spiritual Reflections on Aging – A Collection of Poetry and Photographs
What does an old fence in a California field have in common with the poetry of Rilke's Ninth Duino Elegy?
In her new book, Journal of a Steadfast Fence, Seena Frost's early morning walks through orchards and fields are transformed by an unexpected "conversation" with an old fence who becomes her spiritual companion along the way.
It all began as Seena was reciting a line of Rilke poetry on her daily walk.
...Perhaps we are here in order to say: house, bridge, fountain, gate, pitcher, fruit-tree, window — At most: column, tower… But to say them, you must understand, Oh to say them more intensely than the Things themselves ever dreamed of existing...
Immediately she "heard" a startling reply from a fence (who became known as "The Mystic") beside her who "chimed in with the word “fence” as an addition to Rilke’s list. “How about praising us? How about noticing us?”
So began a creative process of journaling and photography that gave birth to Seena's new book celebrating the unity of the sacred and the ordinary in our lives. Seena's poetry speaks in turn with the voices of many parts of this fence about the experience of aging. Each poem is illustrated with a photo of that part of the fence.
Listen to Seena reading her favorite poem, "The Mystic Speaks of Love."
If you can imagine Harry Potter as a girl who just turned fifteen and had never been to a 'special' school to discover and learn how to use her talents, you have some idea about Grace. Grace’s Mom recently passed away, and things haven’t been going so well living at Grandma’s house. So when Grace finds out she’s got another Grandmother – her real Grandmother – she wants an explanation! She gets that and more as she discovers the family’s super secret: their super Powers. Things can only get more complicated from there. Just how powerful is Grace?
