The Committee Suit
Seena B. Frost

The Committee Suit is the psychological suit in the SoulCollage Deck. Each card has images that depict one of your many inner voices. The developer of SoulCollage®, Seena Frost, identifies some of our common sub-personalities, and describes ways to use SoulCollage® cards to honor and help balance these familiar, and sometimes even annoying, parts of the self.

The Community Suit
Seena B. Frost

The Companions Suit
Seena B. Frost

In the Companions Suit of the SoulCollage® deck are cards that represent a person’s natural and primitive energies. The developer of SoulCollage®, Seena Frost, describes one traditional energy system, and shows how SoulCollage cards can be created to symbolize animal guides, different for each person and visualized in the seven energy centers or chakras. These Companions can guide us towards energetic balance.

The Council Suit
Seena B. Frost

Cards in the Council Suit represent different archetypal energies, energies that are universal patterns or themes on planet Earth. Some of these Larger Story archetypes enter and act, from birth on, in one’s personal and local story. They are guides and challengers, as in the other suits, but on a larger scale. Your Council cards may help you identify your unique and personal purpose, your Soul’s coding. The developer of SoulCollage®, Seena Frost, provides examples of archetypes, describes the relationship between Committee cards and Council cards, and begins to talk about the Shadows of the archetypes.

Doing Readings with SoulCollage®
Seena B. Frost

An essential part of the SoulCollage® process is the joy of tapping into one’s intuition to answer current life questions. The visual images that have mysteriously found us, the ones we have glued onto cards and named as our guides, allies, and challengers, will now help us access deep knowings in ourselves. People who consult their cards in personal readings, using the signature “I Am One Who…” SoulCollage® exercise, are often surprised at the synchronicity of the cards they draw, and by the wisdom of their answers. Also includes a talk on the 3 silent cards in a SoulCollage® deck.

Working with the Shadow in SoulCollage®
Seena B. Frost

The Shadow (a term from Jungian psychology) is a concept that is referred to often in SoulCollage® work. It has to do with balance. Any form whether visible or invisible has the potential to lose its balance, to show its Shadow. When a form’s energy becomes exaggerated or too much, we say it is manifesting Shadow. On the other hand, when a form’s energy is “absent when needed”, this is also Shadow. All the cards except the Transpersonals have the potential for Shadow, and manifested Shadows will have different degrees of density. The developer of SoulCollage®, Seena Frost, gives examples to help in recognizing Shadow, and to guide in the constant work of rebalancing shadowed Committee, Community, Companion, and Council cards.

Through Thunder
